  13. I appreciated the free 1 MB Agnus but I want to return everything for a 
  14. refund...
  15. Even with the software disk you recently sent, the IDE controller does 
  16. not recognize any IDE drive put in it...I've had to use a friend's 
  17. drive...(The one you promised still hasn't showed up)...and it's TWO 
  18. independent confirmations from others that the controller is defective...

  20. I'm beginning to wonder if that's why the controller was initially sent 
  21. with no hard drive or installation software, but I didn't want to 
  22. falsely accuse anyone so I waited...now even with the software 
  23. it doesn't work...I've paid you quickly (within two weeks of receiving 
  24. the controller by money order sent by registered mail)...
  25. It's been it's been OVER 10 MONTHS since I got the controller...I don't 
  26. want to hold on to defective merchandise ...
  27. Please have Mr.Bowen (I sent him the money order) send me a money order 
  28. for the amount I paid and send it to me by registered mail...(I've 
  29. already waited long enough under the request of Mr.Bowen saying he had 
  30. extra financial burdens with the newborn...I think I was patient long 
  31. enough...I would like a refund within the same time period I quickly paid 
  32. you) I just want the amount I sent in US funds...I'm not asking you to cover 
  33. the UPS charges I had to pay 1st time round (though I thought that charging me 
  34. $15 for postage would have meant I wouldn't pay anything)..or even for 
  35. the charges I'll incurr to ship this back by registered mail to Mr. 
  36. Steven Bowen...I just want the amount I paid back for this defective 
  37. controller.
